Dear friends,

Our fight with Corona continues. With combined vigour, energy , enhanced zeal and conviction of all Indians under the able leadership of our PM,we will definitely win over the Corona Virus. As I have always maintained that, it's going to be a long fight. Our beloved PM, has been able to save the lives of thousands of people by timely lockdown. Because of the lockdown, we have also been able to buy some time, for our administrative staff to prepare the health facilities to face this epidemic with courage. We have, no doubt that India will win, and we will again, together show to the world that we, the people of India, are made up of a very sterner stuff. When it comes to the pride of our country, nothing but India matters.हर भारतवासी की हृदय से निकली भावना इन शब्दों में सराबोर है।

'शत शत दीप जले, भारत मां के चरणों में। मैं विरल दीप बन जलूं, मातु इतना तुम कर देना'।
Yesterday, we lost a gallant Officer Maj Sarthak Tyagi who suffered from cerebral malaria while deployed in most inhospitable terrain in Sudan as part of UN Forces. शत शत नमन, आपका यह बलिदान भारत हमेशा याद रखेगा। We also lost a great footballer, Chunni Goswami, who is truly the father of Indian football. May his great soul rest in peace. The Nation will always remember his contribution to the sports.

Lockdown is now gradually being relaxed. With large number of activities permitted in the green zone, a little less in orange zone and with no activity, the lockdown remains fully effective in the Red Zones. It's a welcome decision to bring some life to our economy.  We need to however, ensure that we do not falter on the precautions to be taken. Otherwise all our gains of lockdown and our hard work will come to noughts.
As a long term measure, we will have to bring in some changes in our lifestyle. हमको अपनी जीवन शैली, कार्य शैली में बुनियादी बदलाव लाना पड़ेगा। मास्क, दस्ताने, सेनिटाइजर हमारे जीवन का एक महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा होंगे। अपनी भारतीय पद्धति से नमस्ते से अभिवादन को अपनाना पड़ेगा, हाथ मिलाना वर्जित होगा। हमको किसी भी प्रकार से घबराना नहीं है, यह बहादुरों की धरती है। हमने हर संकट का सामना बड़े साहस, धैर्य, संयम और संकल्प के साथ मजबूती से किया है। मुझे पूरा विश्वास है कि हर भारतीय अपने आप को पूरे समर्पण भाव से इस युद्ध में अपनी जीवन शैली  और कार्य पद्धति में बुनियादी बदलाव लाकर हर हाल में भारत को विजयी बनायेगा।

We will have to work extra hard to revive the economy. While there arevery strong challenges, there are immense opportunity also, waiting to be grabbed. We have to move fast to make the best of such possibilities. A word of caution here, please, do not ignore guidelines rules and regulations laid down for our fight against Corona. They are sacrosanct. We have to ensure that we make a very fine balance between economic activities and life. Both are important. For that, we need to follow the requisite precautions.

मुझे पूरा विश्वास है कि हम एक नये भारत का निर्माण करेंगे, जिसमें भारत की संस्कृति, संस्कार,हमारी तहजीब, परम्पराओं का समावेश होगा और मेरा महान भारत इस विषाणु से युद्ध में पूरी तरह सफल होगा। विश्वास से भरपूर, संस्कृति ,आर्थिक और सैन्य शक्ति से मजबूत, विश्व का नेतृत्व करते हुए एक नया भारत उभरेगा। कदम मिलाकर चलना होगा, भारत महान बनाना होगा। वह सुबह जरुर आयेगी,जब विश्व भारत की तरफ दिशा-निर्देश के लिए देखेगा। भारत हर भारतवासी के खून पसीने से सींचा गया है। यहां छत्रपति शिवाजी, राना प्रताप, महारानी पद्मिनी और रानी लक्ष्मीबाई ने जन्म लिया है। इस धरती को वीरों के खून से सींचा गया है। भारत मां के वीर सपूतों ने हमेशा देश के लिए अपना सर्वस्व न्यौछावर कर, त्याग तपस्या और बलिदान का एक नया इतिहास लिखा है। हम अवश्य विजयी होंगे और भारत की रक्षा में अपना तन, मन, धन लगा कर , इस देश की प्रतिष्ठा में चार चांद लगा देंगे। भारत विश्व गुरु बनेगा और पूरे विश्व का नेतृत्व करेगा।

'लेकर कृपाण संकल्प किया, निज धरा नहीं पटने दूंगा। मेरा सिर चाहें कट जाए, अस्तित्व नहीं घटने दूंगा'। यह भारत हमको जान से भी प्यारा है। इसकी रक्षा हम सब मिलकर अपना सर्वस्व बलिदान करके भी करेंगे।हम अवश्य विजयी होंगे।
