Dear friends
Great pleasure to meet you all after a week. Some very important decisions have been taken in the past week. The number of Corona infected people continue to rise alarmingly. It is however, confined to few areas only, and this is a silver lining. There is a need to immediately take some very strong and strict measures to ensure that the infection is contained in these areas. It definitely, is now reaching dangerous levels.
I must however, compliment the brave people of India who have shown tremendous amount of solidarity, सहनशीलता, दृढ़ संकल्प इच्छाशक्ति in fighting the Corona Virus. हमारे देशवासियों ने तमाम कठिनाइयों और विषम परिस्थितियों को सहा है और इस सबके बावजूद भी देश के साथ कंधे से कंधा मिलाकर खड़े हुए हैं। उनके जज्बे को सलाम।
अब जब भारत ने प्रत्यक्ष रूप से पाकिस्तान को आगाह कर दिया है कि हम जबाबी कार्यवाही का विकल्प अख्तियार कर सकते हैं, और हमने इस कडी में कुछ सख्त संदेश भी दिए हैं, तो पाकिस्तान का गिड़गिड़ाना बहुत ही स्वाभाविक है। पाकिस्तान का इस संदर्भ में अपने मालिक से रक्षा का निवेदन करना, कोई नई बात नहीं है। उसके मालिक ने भी उत्तर सिक्किम में और लद्दाख में कुछ दिखावटी गतिविधियां कर के अपने गुलाम की मदद करने की एक नाकाम कोशिश जरूर की है। लेकिन हमारे उत्तर में मित्र को यह अब अच्छी तरह से मालूम है, कि वह एक, ऊर्जा से भरपूर, आत्मविश्वास से लबरेज, वीरों के देश ,भारत से अब इन छुटपुट घटनाओं के अलावा आगे न बढ़े,वही उसके लिए उचित होगा। यह 1962 का भारत नहीं है। हमको अपने देश की संप्रभुता और अखंडता की रक्षा करनी आती है। गिलगित बाल्टिस्तान,पाक अधिकृत कश्मीर हमारा है और यह यथार्थ होकर रहेगा। चीन इस विपदा की घड़ी में भी अपने अनैतिक हरकतों से बाज नहीं आ रहा है। लेकिन उसको मालूम होना चाहिए कि अब विश्व उसके साथ नहीं है और वह किसी भी हालत में अपने इन गन्दे और घिनोंने इरादों में सफल नहीं होगा।
Our Hon'ble PM's address to the Nation on 12 th May was full of encouragement and valuable advice. He prepared the people for the future, 'जीवन के साथ जीवन यापन भी' उनका यह संदेश जन-जन के हृदय में समां गया है। He was forthright in his message and clearly stated that we have to now live with Corona. We will follow all precautions, like physical distancing, cleaning of hands at regular intervals, and use of masks and commence our normal activities to ensure livelihood. These will become the part of our routine for next few months till a vaccine and treatment for Corona virus is found.
आत्मनिर्भर भारत का संदेश देकर माननीय मोदी जी ने राष्ट्र को भविष्य के लिए दिशा दिखा दी है। उन्होंने लोकल से वोकल से ग्लोबल का एक बहुत ही सुन्दर नारा दिया है। इस पर कुछ बुद्धिजीवी  किसी भी प्रकार का कोई संशय पैदा न करें। हम अपनें पदार्थों को प्रतिस्पर्धी और गुणवत्ता में बहुमूल्य बनायेंगे जिससे विश्व में उनकी एक अलग पहचान (Brand) हो। कानपुर, आगरा के जूते, भदोही के कालीन, काश्मीर का केसर, कालीन,फल,आसाम की रेशम, दक्षिण की साड़ियां,मसाले, कच्छ की कढ़ाई, शोलापुर की चप्पलें और भी बेशुमार भारत के पदार्थ विश्व में अपनी एक अलग पहचान क्यों स्थापित नहीं कर सकते। यह हम करके ही रहेंगे। आत्मनिर्भर का यह कतई मतलब नहीं है कि हम किसी को भी भारत में नहीं आने देंगे। इसका, केवल यह मतलब है कि हम भारत में उत्तम गुणवत्ता का उत्पादन  करेंगे और विश्व में अपनी एक अलग छाप बनायेंगे।
'One Nation one Card'  is an excellent Idea. It should have been implemented long time ago, but even now, it's a welcome decision.
One of the greatest lessons learnt from the Corona crisis is to have an authentic database of our citizens.
To have national data of citizens is an absolute necessity, both from National security perspective as well provisioning and planning of various welfare schemes for the people. The NRC, therefore, must be completed on priority as and when the situation is normal.
The economic package announced by the Govt has many system related long term measure also. We must, adopt them on priority.  I, for one is not for giving too much money in cash in hand ,as cash doesn't resolve the issue,it gets spent fast and thereafter you are again looking for more. If, however, the economic package facilitates you to start a small business, you will start earning and will be self reliant. Making you self reliant and self sufficient, should therefore be the aim. We must strive for the same.
I saw a very known corporate figure, yesterday giving his valued comments on the present situation and the necessity of lockdown. He is  a well read corporate Head ,speaks excellent English, and uses some rare management terms. He was saying that there was no need for a lockdown, he said that we should have  let our younger population face the Corona Virus. He further added that by doing so, we would have ensured that it resulted in Community spread and thereafter the herd immunity, which would have been the end of corona. It was so sad to hear him, he was totally divorced from the realities of India, our  meagre medical resources, and also the unimaginable calamity that would have befallen our Nation if lockdown was not enforced. He was saying this, only for his business to have continued and prospered. I humbly request these extraordinary people not to enlighten us with their Self centred views.To say the least, it's ugly to hear them speak.
प्रवासी भारतीयों की स्थिति को देखकर अत्यंत दुख हुआ। मुझे समझ नहीं आ रहा ,कि क्यों हमारे प्रदेश की सरकारें उनको भरोसा नहीं दिला पाई कि वो हमारे प्रवासी भाईयों की अच्छी प्रकार से देखभाल करेंगी। और अगर उनको जाना ही था तो उनको गौरव और सम्मान के साथ भेजा जाता।
भारत बलिदानियों का देश है। यह भारत की जनता ने दिखा दिया है। हर भारतवासी ने अपनी सहनशक्ति, और संयम, संकल्प, साहस, दृढ़ निश्चय, प्रतिबद्धता और सत्यनिष्ठा का परिचय दिया है, यह अतुल्यनीय है अनुकरणीय है। कुछ दृष्टांत भृष्टाचार के सामने आये है, यह बहुत ही शर्मनाक है। 'राज्य को यदि हम बना लेंगे भोग, तो बनेगा वह प्रजा का रोग। यह संदेश हमारे ग्रंथो में दिया है। ईश्वर कभी भी इन के इस अपराध को माफ नहीं करेगा।
'राष्ट्र प्रथम' हम सब का मूल मंत्र होना चाहिए। 'मैं रहूं या न रहूं मेरा देश रहना चाहिए' । हम सब ने मिलकर इस युद्ध में बहुत बड़ी तपस्या की है। हर भारतवासी ने अपना सर्वस्व न्यौछावर कर इस देश को कोरोना से मुक्त कराने में मदद की है। हम किसी भी हालत में अपने भारत को इस विपदा से निकालेंगे। मैथिलीशरण जी की एक कविता मुझे याद आती है।' जो भरा नहीं है भावों से, बहती जिसमें रसधार नहीं। वह हृदय नहीं है पत्थर है जिसमें स्वदेश का प्यार नहीं'। हम सब मिलकर 'नये भारत' के निर्माण में अपना सर्वोच्च बलिदान दे देंगे।  हम अपना तन, मन और धन लगाकर अपने प्राणों से भी प्यारे भारत को इस यज्ञ में अपनी पूर्णाहुति देकर भारत की विश्व में एक अलग पहचान बनायेंगे। 'ऐ वतन, ऐ वतन हमको तेरी कसम, तेरी राहों में जां तक लुटा जायेंगे'। हम शीश नहीं झुकने देंगे हम देश नहीं मिटने देंगे। हम अपने भारत का अस्तित्व बचाने में एक बार फिर त्याग, तपस्या और बलिदान का एक नया इतिहास रचेंगे और भारत को विश्व गुरु बनायेंगे।
 In the end once again my heartfelt thanks and sincere compliments to all the Covid warriors who are leading from the front and have put their lives in the line of fire. आपके इस  समर्पण और तपस्या को हम कभी भूला न पायेंगे। आपके इस जुनून को हमारा सलाम। जय हिन्द, जय भारत, जय हिन्द की सेना।हम होंगे कामयाब।
