I am the Executive Director of Ashkom Group of Companies, focusing on Human Resources Consultancy. With over 40 years of experience, I specialize in optimizing HR practices, enhancing productivity, and fostering a positive work environment. My expertise covers Talent Management, HR Policies, Learning & Development, and more. I help organizations integrate effective HR processes into their daily operations, creating a workplace where employees thrive.
I began my career as an Assistant Professor of Mathematics with the Government of Madhya Pradesh in 1985, teaching graduate and postgraduate courses. In the late '90s, I taught Animation and Graphic Designing at the Academy of Digital Arts. I then ventured into e-tutoring, offering online classes to students in the USA, UK, and Australia.
Later, I transitioned into Head Hunting and Training, interacting with senior management from major companies like Adani Group, Reliance Power, and Aditya Birla. I have conducted training programs across various sectors, including Banking, Insurance, Hospitals, 5-star Hotels, Power, Security, Retail, FMCG, Logistics, KPO, IT, and Manufacturing. I specialize in Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, and training first-time managers, among other areas.
As a Certified Coach and Trainer, I use simulations, role plays, and humor to create impactful learning experiences. My educational background includes a Post-Graduate degree in Mathematics and a Diploma in Special Effects for Movies and Advertisements. I am a certified Dale Carnegie ‘Train the Trainer’ and currently pursuing an ICF (International Coach Federation) certification.
I received the National Institute of Sports (NIS) Patiala Scholarship for representing Madhya Pradesh in basketball and athletics, and I was a College Athletics Champion for four consecutive years. I also served as a University Basketball Team Coach & Manager. My other recognitions include a panel judge role for Titan Industries' "Impressionist of the Year" award and a Mumbai Police appreciation for training security guards.
