Prabhat Chaturvedi : An Introduction
Prabhat Chaturvedi belongs to Mathura, his grandfather was (Late) Shri Bambatuk Nath Chaturvedi (native of Mathura) and grandmother was (Late) Smt. Savitri Devi (native of Firozabad). His father was (Late) Shri Prakash Chandra Chaturvedi (worked in GB Pant University, Pantnagar, Uttarakhand) and mother was (Late) Smt. Rajani Chaturvedi (native of Sarafa Bazar, Gwalior). His residences are in Chaubiya Para as well as Manik Chowk in Mathura and he is currently residing in Mumbai.
Prabhat has been working in Banks and NBFCs in the Agri-Financing domain. Currently, he is CEO of Netafim Agricultural Financing Agency (NAFA), a NBFC owned by Netafim Group Israel. Prior to this, he has been MD & CEO of Infinity Fincorp Solutions, Business Head (Retail Agri) at IndusInd Bank and Business Head (Rural Enterprise Finance) at L&T Finance (again as Business Head), among others. Prabhat has also been part of the Agri & Rural Banking (Priority Sector Lending) teams at YES Bank and Axis Bank.
Prabhat was awarded "25 Most Talented Rural Marketing Professionals of India" citation by Rural Marketing Forum (CMO Asia, Asia Retail Congress) on 14th February 2015. He has done both MBA (Agribusiness) & Graduation in Agricultural Science from India’s first and premiere G.B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar (Uttarakhand).
His wife, Archana Chaturvedi (native of Chhatta Bazar, Mathura) is a home-maker and he has a son, Aditya Chaturvedi (in final year B.Com.Honors at Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, NMIMS) and a daughter, Anushka Chaturvedi (in 2nd year B.Com. at Mithibai College).
